We have also taken up a community service to enable the physically Challenged people. We know of few people who have some kind of physical disability may be by birth or through some unfortunate incidence in their life but still they are mentally as fit as others are. Because of this many people who have good talent and skills are being ignored |
What they really need is encouragement and opportunity. So our intention is to identify people who have physical disability but who are mentally fit to do any suitable job and helping them to get placement in few of the companies who can offer those jobs. Our intention is also to give them the support which they are looking for and encourage them to explore their talent so that it need not go unnoticed! We have started with some of registered candidates and a handful of Companies who are open to recruiting them. PWDs usually rely on word-of mouth to reach out to opportunities and we have been following the same route. People who’re physically challenged but mentally fit and are willing to work but unable to get an opportunity and we are trying to bridge the gap between people with disabilities and the corporate world. |
